Chosen 2 Lead, Inc exist to provide support to both at-risk and non at-risk males ages 10-19 with the values and skills needed to maintain a path towards healthy and successful living by offering classes and long term one-on-one mentoring with positive and stable role models that strive to replace the emptiness of absent fathers, and build a brotherhood bond that will last a lifetime.

Goals
- Promote individual self-esteem and self confidence
- Develop responsible citizens: Being punctual and communicating; not just caring about yourself but the well being and safety of others
- Promote healthy lifestyles: Foods we eat and how they affect the body; hygiene and the importance of keeping a clean neat appearance; exercise and workouts
- Enhance Academic Performances: Increase the low percentile of minority males graduating from high school in California
- Reduce homicide and incarceration rate of teenage males
- Develop social skills and create better community environments: Learning how to work with others in social settings
- Prevent substance abuse
